AttivoERP, a Value-Added Reseller of ERP solutions based in Conyers, Georgia, has acquired Acuity Consulting Group LLC, an advisory firm specializing in SAP Business One and operational consulting. The acquisition was announced March 16, 2026.
Acuity Consulting Group, founded in 2004, has completed more than fifty client installations across a range of industries. The firm focuses on helping organizations improve operational performance through advisory services and implementation expertise.
AttivoERP was founded in 1992 and maintains offices in Atlanta, GA; Irvine, CA; Pittsburgh, PA; and now Providence, RI following the acquisition. The company supports manufacturers, distributors, and eCommerce organizations across multiple ERP platforms, including Acumatica, Enterpryze, Exact Globe, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, and SAP Business One. Despite offering multiple platforms, AttivoERP describes itself as vendor-neutral.
Acuity founder Joe Timmins will remain with the organization as part of the Attivo team.
