On June 1, 2026, Microsoft partner Velosio announced its acquisition of enterprise consultancy Domain 6. Under the terms of the agreement, the acquired entity will maintain its existing leadership, delivery teams, and operations under the transitional brand name “Domain 6, a Velosio company.”
Since its acquisition on March 7, 2024, Velosio – a 30-time Microsoft Inner Circle award recipient – has operated as a portfolio company of the New York-based private equity firmCourt Square Capital Partners. Established in 1979, Court Square possesses a robust investment history featuring over 245 platform investments and, as of December 31, 2025, maintains approximately $10.1 billion in assets under management.
Velosio specializes in deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Modern Work, Microsoft Copilot, and NetSuite solutions across the professional services, distribution, manufacturing, and agribusiness sectors. This acquisition integrates Domain 6’s specific product expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Intelligence, and primary industry verticals, which include real estate, property management, senior living, facilities management, construction, media, and advertising.
