Western Computer Merges with Infuzion Solutions, Deepening Dynamics Bench in Wine & Spirits

Western Computer, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner owned by private equity firm Pine Services Group, announced today that it has merged with Infuzion Solutions, a Tennessee-based Microsoft partner with over 15 years of specialized expertise serving the wine and spirits industry.

The deal brings together Western Computer’s cloud ERP and CRM capabilities with Infuzion’s deep roots in Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly its Infuzion® BC solution built specifically for wine and spirits distributors, wineries, and suppliers.

Kristen Sage, CEO of Western Computer, framed the move as a deepening of commitment rather than a departure from what both companies have built. Corrie Olson, formerly CEO of Infuzion Solutions, will join Western Computer as COO.

For those tracking Pine Services Group’s acquisition activity in the Microsoft channel, this deal looks a bit different from the typical playbook. Rather than folding a new brand into the Pine portfolio as a standalone entity, Western Computer, already a Pine company, is absorbing and integrating a complementary partner to strengthen an existing vertical. It’s more of an organic capability expansion than a new platform investment, and it reflects a maturing strategy around building depth in specialized industries rather than just adding logos.

Western Computer’s 365WineTrade, a purpose-built ERP solution powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, has long served the wine and spirits market. The addition of Infuzion’s team and technology is positioned to create what Sage described as a combination of specialized industry focus backed by the scale of one of North America’s leading Dynamics partners.

The company also reiterated its commitment to supporting legacy Dynamics GP customers through their eventual transition to Business Central, a notable signal to Infuzion’s existing GP customer base that continuity is a priority.
