After two prior (one), (two) announcements, the first in 2022, the second during Summit 2026,AvidXchange is now officially shipping as an Embedded AP Automation Integration within Acumatica. What exactly that means and how it differentiates from other similar integrations is not clear from the press release as Acumatica also appointed payments provider Bill in October 2025 to be a strategic AP Automation provider.
From observation, AP Automation is a hot area where customers see an almost instant ROI which means a variety of integration options is a good thing for the Acumatica ecosystem.
