Bond Expands Business Central Reach With Mount Evans Acquisition

Bond Consulting Services (BCS) has acquired Mount Evans Consulting (MEC), combining a 25-year Microsoft ERP partner with a highly visible Dynamics 365 Business Central boutique.

Founded by Bob Bond in 2000, BCS is a Top 200 Microsoft Partner. MEC was founded in 2018 by Kristen Hosman, a seven-time Microsoft MVP with more than 20 years of ERP experience. BCS gains specialized Business Central expertise, while MEC gains access to broader CRM, Power Platform, development and AI resources.

There may be a larger strategy behind the deal. UK corporate records show Bond Consulting Services Ltd was formed in 2025 with Dynamics User Group principals Jonathan Stypula and Jacob Roder as directors. The pair previously built Dynamic Consulting, which sa.global acquired in 2022.

Bond also has ties to technology venture builder Tquila and its PS Hummingbird operation. Combined with Bond’s recent RUX Software partnership, the Mount Evans deal suggests BCS is steadily expanding its position across the Microsoft Business Central and broader Dynamics ecosystem.
