Alliance Solutions Group has named Dustin Stephens as its new Chief Executive Officer, according to a recent announcement shared by Stephens on LinkedIn.
Stephens joins Alliance Solutions Group following a 13-year career at Sage, where he held multiple leadership roles within the company’s construction and real estate division. During his tenure, he was closely involved in the growth and evolution of Sage’s construction portfolio, working across product strategy, customer engagement, and partner ecosystems.
In his announcement, Stephens reflected on his time at Sage, citing his colleagues as defining aspects of his experience, and noted that the move to Alliance Solutions Group represents a new professional chapter.
For 20 years, Alliance Solutions Group, a member of the Pine Services Group family of companies, has provided consulting and technology services focused on the construction and real estate sectors. They specialize in Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, and Sage Intacct Construction, as well as related third-party applications.
Stephens brings a mix of software vendor experience and construction domain knowledge, a combination that has become increasingly valuable as service providers look to differentiate through industry specialization rather than broad, generalist offerings.
Stephens has been an active voice in the construction technology community, frequently speaking on topics related to digital transformation, customer experience, and the evolving role of enterprise software in project-based industries.
No additional leadership changes or strategic initiatives were announced alongside the CEO appointment, although they did announce the appointment of Maggie Averso as COO and Adib Choudhury as President in February of 2025.
