Endeavor4 Refocuses on Microsoft, Sells Sage Intacct Practice to Net at Work

Net at Work announced on April, 27, 2026 that it acquired the Sage Intacct practice of Endeavor4, the Toronto-based Microsoft Dynamics shop that rebranded from Endeavour Solutions in January, 2026. The Sage Intacct practice  in question is the same one Endeavour acquired only 13 months earlier, on March 28, 2025, when it bought Express Information Systems of San Antonio. Express Info, founded in 1989, built its Sage Intacct practice over roughly a decade and held Sage Intacct President’s Club status in the 2019 class. Endeavor4 CEO David Shimoni, who took the seat in November, 2025, framed the divestiture as a refocus on the Microsoft ecosystem.

Net at Work has been on a roll since partnering with Lovell Minnick Partners back in late 2023. This latest move with Endeavor4 is their tenth deal since then, further cementing their status as a Sage powerhouse. It looks like a win-win: Endeavor4 gets to double down on their Microsoft roots, while Net at Work picks up a book of Sage Intacct clients to add to their growing family.
