January brought news of a promotion for 13+ year SWK Technologies team member, Mike Failla.
Starting his ERP/MSP career as a CAM in 2013, Failla has risen through the ranks to Lead CAM, Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and now VP of Sales for SWK, a leading ERP and Managed Cloud Services provider.
In a LinkedIn post, Failla announced his new role and thanked SWK leadership, CTO BJ O’Reilly, and CRO Alex Nastashkin for their mentorship and support.
We know Mike to be a high-performing sales rep, respected leader, and all-around nice guy. We wish him all the best in his well-deserved new role!
