The deal marks Pine’s first Scottish acquisition and extends its presence in the UK ERP market. Eureka Solutions specializes in Oracle NetSuite, Sage 200, and iplicit, serving over 350 live sites in sectors ranging from hospitality to logistics. The 55+ person firm also developed Besyncly, its proprietary integration platform for linking business systems.
