Net at Work has acquired the Acumatica practice of Advanced Solutions & Consulting Co. (ASC). The deal includes ASC’s Acumatica clients and proprietary add-on technology developed to extend Acumatica’s functionality.
On September 19, 2023 Net at Work received a growth investment from Lovell Minnick Partners LLC (“LMP”), a private equity firm focused on investments in financial services, business services, and financial technology companies. This enabled them to make numerous acquisitions over the past several years including:

The acquisition expands Net at Work’s ERP portfolio while giving ASC clients access to a broader set of services including ERP, CRM, and HRMS consulting, as well as managed services and secure hosting. Jim Carroll, ASC founder, said the move will allow clients to “continue to thrive and achieve even greater outcomes” with Net at Work’s larger team and resources.
