Big changes are on the horizon for the Dynamics User Group (DUG) community. While DUG looks ahead to upcoming events and ongoing community engagement, two familiar faces are preparing for a new chapter, one that hints at exciting opportunities to come.
Dynamics User Group leadership team members Molly Fuchsel, President, and Liz Hallen, Vice President, have announced they have stepped down from their roles effective July 31, 2025. The pair have led the Microsoft Business Applications user group organization—best known for its annual DynamicsCon event—through a period of significant growth and community engagement.

Fuchsel and Hallen plan to launch a new entity focused on delivering training and enablement services to channel resellers working with Microsoft applications and related technologies. While details and a launch date for the new venture have not yet been announced, both leaders are departing DUG on amicable terms with its ownership.
DUG will continue its mission of serving the Microsoft Business Applications community and is expected to share future leadership updates in the coming weeks. The upcoming DynamicsCon event is scheduled for the Fountainbleau in Las Vegas, NV from May 12-15, 2026.
