Friend of Enterprise Software Express – and former Dynamics and Sage Exec – Nancy Teixeira (or as many know her familiarly, “Nancy T) has officially joined North Carolina-based VAR Practical Software Solutions as CEO.
Founded by Bobby Fowler, Practical is a long-time Sage partner that recently added Acumatica to its portfolio. They’re early pioneers in verticalization, having built an ERP-integrated solution specifically for greenhouse growers, a niche with needs that extend beyond what mainstream ERP platforms typically offer. Their customer base spans multiple Sage product lines, including Sage 500, 100, CRE, X3, and Intacct.
In January 2025, Practical joined the Pine community, becoming part of Pine’s rapidly growing portfolio. Pine, a holding company dedicated to the growth and legacy of premier Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) service partners and global business application companies, has made a number of high-profile acquisitions in the past few years.
Teixeira brings a deep track record to her new role: 10+ years with Microsoft Dynamics, 8 years at Sage (most recently as SVP, Partner Strategy & Sales), and a stint at Net at Work as Executive VP of Corporate Development.
