In addition to Pine, Evergreen operates Lyra Technology Group for managed IT services and Cedar Solutions Group for government IT services. Pine’s current portfolio consists of 14 acquired companies functioning as 10 separate operating businesses across North America. Anderson joined the company in the summer of 2024 as Chief Growth Officer.

Anderson has over two decades of experience in business software and professional services. His prior experience includes serving as General Manager for Sage’s Construction and Real Estate business unit from 2018 to 2021. Before that, he held multiple roles at SAP between 2011 and 2018, including leading global industry efforts for Engineering, Construction, and Real Estate in the Americas. Most recently, from July 2021 to September 2024, he was President & Global Head of Business for the AEC Vertical at SoftwareONE.

In his new role as President, Anderson will assume leadership responsibilities for all aspects of the organization, which includes providing board leadership to the group’s operating companies. According to CEO Jana Schmidt, the promotion reflects the company’s confidence in Anderson’s ability to “drive Pine’s next phase of growth.” The company’s press release credits Anderson with shaping the firm’s strategic direction and strengthening collaboration across its portfolio during his time as Chief Growth Officer.
