Evergreen’s Pine Services Group announced on May 22, 2025, that it has acquired NexTec Group, a technology consulting firm with nearly three decades of experience in ERP and BI solutions, serving mid-sized organizations with expertise in Acumatica, Sage X3, and Microsoft Dynamics GP & SL.
NexTec Group, which was ranked at #45 on Bob Scott’s VAR 100 for 2024 with $25 million in revenue and 133 employees was Acumatica’s 2025 VAR Partner of the Year, 2025 Manufacturing VAR and a member of Acumatica’s President’s Club. They will continue operations as part of Pine Services Group, Evergreen’s dedicated ERP division.
