New VP with MSP Background Joins as Former Sage SVP Departs
Net at Work, a leading North American technology advisor for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), is undergoing a change in its mergers and acquisitions leadership. According to Bob Scott’s VAR 100 for 2024, Net at Work reported $81.3 million in revenue and employs 295 people. Adam Kerrigan, who has a background in Managed Services Provider (MSP) M&A, announced he started his new position as Vice President of M&A at Net at Work in May 2025. This development follows the apparent departure of Nancy Teixeira, a former Sage SVP of Partner Strategy & Sales, who had been Net at Work’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Development from November 30, 2023, until her updated LinkedIn profile indicated her departure in April 2025.
Renewed Focus On MSP M&A
Kerrigan’s experience includes a role as Partner – M&A at Intelligent Technical Solutions, focusing on MSP partnerships and acquisitions, and a period as Vice President at Corum Group Ltd., a firm specializing in M&A for software and tech companies. He also founded and led EndevTec, an IT support and managed services company, for over nine years. In a LinkedIn post regarding his new role, Kerrigan stated, “Very glad to be back as part of the MSP community!”
Net at Work Co-President Alexander Solomon commented on Kerrigan’s hiring, “Excited to have you on board as we get ready to welcome more of the best MSP’s in the ecosystem !!”
Teixeira’s prior appointment in late 2023 followed Net at Work’s September 19, 2023, growth investment from Lovell Minnick Partners (LMP). According to the press release, the investment was intended to support Net at Work’s expansion, including acquisitions.
