Net at Work Expands SMB Practice with AppSolute Acquisition

a move that grows its managed services and ERP consulting offerings. The deal brings Appsolute’s Sage and Acumatica clients, as well as their entire team, into the Net at Work fold.

With this acquisition, AppSolute’s customers will gain access to a much broader range of solutions and expertise. AppSolute’s co-founders, Bruce Baron and David Hoffman, will be joining Net at Work to ensure a seamless transition for clients and staff. Baron will take on the role of Director of SMB Solutions, with a specific focus on managing the Sage 100 and Sage 300 practice areas.

Net at Work was ranked as the 16th largest VAR on Bob Scott’s 2024 VAR Stars with an estimated $81 million in revenues. The company took on venture capital in 2023 from Lovell Minnick Partners to fuel expansion. The company has since acquired the Acumatica practices of e2b teknologies and Kensium.
